Meeting Topic:

Ted Cochran talked about his Level 3 high power project.  Ted successfully flew his stretched Polecat Goblin (10 inch diameter, almost 10 feet tall, 56 pounds GTOW) to 6,000 feet on an M2400T motor at the National Sport Launch on Memorial Day weekend, 2013.  It reached an altitude of 5985 feet AGL.
